How to Make a Weighted Blanket with Bathmats

• Use two rugs/bathmats heavy in weight and a texture that your sensory kiddo will love. I used two microfiber chenille rugs from Costco, $15.00 each
  
• Total weight is approximately 8 pounds!
• Sew the rugs back to back...you will need an industrial type sewing machine to get through both mats.  I had an alterations company do it for me for $5.00
